We always appreciate suggestions from passengers, which is why we’ve introduced a feedback system, ensuring that we can listen to any comments and build upon them.
If you have journeyed with us in the past, and would like to leave positive feedback or let us know where we could improve, we want to hear from you.
Feedback about your driver
You may also wish to send feedback directly to your local Licencing Department for incidents related to your driver.
When contacting your local authority, remember to include:
- A photo/note of the driver number
- the vehicle registration number
- the license plate number
- the date, time, and where the incident happened.
Send us your feedback
You can send feedback yourself or on behalf of someone else. If you are making a complaint on behalf of someone else, we need to know that you have their permission to do so. We cannot disclose any personal information without written consent or a power of attorney document. You will be required to provide proof of identity for both parties.
